After my first successful attempt at a #7DayChip, I have decided to start a new challenge. This time it will be workout-based. This week was sooo much better than the last! I actually didn’t work out at all (no motivation), and I didn’t lose too much weight, but after being stuck for the past 2 weeks, I decided to do the #7DayChip challenge with Monica, and it payed off! If I thought day 3 was hard, day 4 was worse! Again, I was out all day with hubs, lil man, and my mom. Thankfully, I chose wisely again and had a chicken wrap, which had tons of lettuce and tomatoes.
