It is a beautiful cupcake! Another blogging friend made red velvet cupcakes this week too! I finally admitted that I’ve never eaten a red velvet cake or cupcake. Should work on changing that

I had never tried them before either. I thought they were just a red cocoa cake. But it’s actually quite tasty, and the combination with the cream cheese is very good! I added a bit of orange juice and zest for more acidity, and it tastes even better!!
